Knead NYC (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides professional massage therapy services throughout New York City.
Our services include:
- In-Studio Massage
- Corporate and Event Chair Massage
- Mobile / In-Home Massage
All services are performed by professional therapists.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to book or receive services.
Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
By booking with Knead NYC, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. Booking and Payment
- Appointments can be booked through our website or by phone.
- Full payment is required at booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Accepted methods: major credit cards, debit cards, Venmo and cash
- A 4.5% NYC sales tax applies where required by law.
Cancellations and Refunds:
- Cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 100% fee.
- No-shows are charged the full service rate.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate booking details and contact information.
- Be ready at the confirmed location and time.
- Disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to service.
- Maintain respectful conduct toward therapists.
Knead NYC reserves the right to refuse or end service if a client’s behavior is inappropriate or unsafe.
5. Health and Liability
Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical treatment.
By booking, you acknowledge that:
- Our therapists do not diagnose or prescribe.
- Knead NYC is not liable for any injury, loss, or adverse reaction except where required by law.
- You are responsible for consulting your physician before receiving massage services if you have any health concerns.
6. Intellectual Property
All website content — including text, images, design, and logos — is owned by Knead NYC and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You may not reproduce or distribute any materials without written permission.
